The 1-in-2 needle valve hot runner system is an efficient and precise hot runner injection solution designed specifically for synchronous injection molding of multi cavity molds. Its core structure is divided into two independent cavities through a main nozzle and equipped with a needle valve gate control system to achieve precise melt distribution and molding control.

Timing control: The independent needle valve mechanism can accurately control the filling balance of the two chambers, avoiding product flash or short shot
